My name’s Ryan Stetson. My company, White Cove, specializes in Florida vacation rental cleaning. I’ve been in property management for 15 years. I currently own three vacation rentals in Destin and Miramar Beach FL and have managed over 900 properties in Austin, Texas. As I managed and maintained my own investment properties, I’ve come to understand what it takes to achieve the ratings and revenue that make this a sustainable and lucrative business. Not a problem! We know that rapid turnaround is part of the game. We are available for same-day cleanings.
White Cove can arrange to pick up or drop off keys. Alternatively, we can retrieve keys via smart lock access or lockbox code.
